Greetings from Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria! A digital nomad with a keen eye for hidden Balkan gems, I recently uncovered a delightful accommodation during the festive season. Nestled in the heart of the Rhodope Mountains, with amazing views of traditional Smolyan houses, this charming retreat exceeded all my expectations.From meticulously clean bed linen and towels to the sparkling bathroom, every detail was impeccable. The availability of hand disinfectant in the room showcased their dedication to cleanliness. I was particularly impressed by the in-house restaurant, where I savored the most delicious grilled kiufte, kebapche, sausages, and pork ribs – all freshly sourced from their own factory.The friendly and attentive staff, combined with excellent Wi-Fi and comfortable beds, made my stay truly memorable. I cannot recommend this hidden haven enough – a perfect blend of comfort, authenticity, and warm hospitality. A true Balkan gem waiting to be discovered!
